Each play date or tournament we enter has an associated fee. The fees range from $100-500 (that would be for 2-day tournaments). This is the largest expense for each team. We also pay our coaches for their time, and we try to do so with an eye to the “going rate” for the area to attract and keep quality coaches. Other expenses: insurance for each team, practice facility rental (yes, the school district charges us to use their facilities!), jerseys, equipment purchase/replacement, website maintenance (including Sports Engine), Secretary of State/tax expenses. The Northfield Volleyball Club is a non-profit organization. Please know that we do our best to use the funds wisely!
We are seeking new board members for the 2021-2022 season. If you are interested, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Northfield Volleyball Club is looking for additional board members. Please connect with any board member to discuss.
In the event that the Northfield Schools must be closed due to inclement weather, all Northfield Volleyball Club practices will be cancelled for that evening.
The Northfield Volleyball Club fosters the development, education, and participation of athletes 18 and under. NVC provides a supportive environment for coaches to instill the concept of team play and good sportsmanship under competitive conditions.
