St Olaf volleyball camps are designated for players who have volleyball experience and are trying to expand their knowledge and skills within the game. Skill level will vary and all are welcome! There will be both “technique focused” and “competition focused” sessions, along with an emphasis on the mental side of training with 2 “Mind Gym” sessions, providing a unique opportunity to take their game to the next level. Players will receive a well-rounded volleyball experience designed to build their love and passion for the game. They will also be given the opportunity to interact and be coached by current Ole volleyball players and coaches. Volleyball training and other activities are balanced with recreational activities that are supervised by camp coaches and counselors.
